About Us: Company overview

Co-founded by Barry Morgan and Joseph Nuyten, the company began operations in April 2007 and was formally incorporated as IPE InvestmentPitch Enterprises Ltd. on October 4, 2007.

IPE was born through a collaboration of the two founding partners to develop a site architecture that was designed to facilitate the needs of public companies seeking ways to promote the merits of their company with investors seeking investment opportunities utilizing the internet and rich media technologies.
