PanWestern Energy Inc. is a junior oil and gas exploration company which, through its acquisition of Industrial Air Corp., has substantial property holdings in the Province of Saskatchewan. In particular, its primary assets include two Helium and Associated Gas Exploration Permits covering over 100,000 acres issued by the Government of Saskatchewan. PanWestern shall focus on the exploration for and development of these strategic helium reserves, and has recently completed financings raising over $10 million to accomplish this task.
