Wellgreen Platinum will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on December 4th, under the symbol WG. (also OTCQX:WGPLF)

Concurrent with this new listing, the company will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange,

Wellgreen Platinum is a Canadian mining and exploration company focused on the active advancement of its 100%-owned Wellgreen project, located in the south west of Canada’s Yukon Territory, approximately 317 kilometres northwest of the capital, Whitehorse.

The deposit (picture) is accessible by a well-maintained 14 kilometre road from the paved all-weather Alaska Highway, which leads to year-round, deep sea ports in Haines & Skagway Alaska.

A recent morning call research note from Mackie Research described the property as “one of the largest undeveloped nickel, copper, and PGM resources in the world, with significant upside potential. The deposit hosts 3.3 billion pounds of nickel, 2.5 billion pounds of copper, 213 million pounds of cobalt, 2.5 million ounces of gold, 5.7 million ounces of platinum, and 4.9 million ounces of palladium.”

Exploration drilling has defined a mineralized zone (picture) over a 2.8 kilometre East-West trend.

The deposit averages 100 to 200 metres in thickness at surface in the Far West Zone, expands to 500 metres in thickness in the Central Zone and to nearly a kilometre wide in the Far East Zone where the deposit remains open down dip and along trend.

Greg Johnson, President and CEO stated: “Graduating from the TSX Venture Exchange to the TSX senior board, Canada’s premier exchange, is a major milestone in the growth and development of Wellgreen Platinum and reflects the significant advancement of the Company’s flagship Wellgreen PGM-Ni-Cu (say PGM nickel copper) project over the past two years. The TSX is recognized globally as a leading market for the resource industry and should provide Wellgreen Platinum with greater visibility, trading liquidity and broader access to the capital markets and investors.”

Analyst Barry Allan gave the company a $2.00 target price, a premium of 194% to the $0.68 price on September 4th, the day the report was issued.

The company is currently trading at $0.71, and with 98.1 million shares outstanding, the company is capitalized at $69.7 million.
