Today’s feature company is EnWave Corporation, the global leader in Vacuum-Microwave Dehydration technology.

EnWave’s new dehydration technology is faster and cheaper than freeze drying, with better end product quality than either air drying or spray drying;

EnWave has signed a commercial license agreement with Icelandic-based Responsible Foods.

Under the terms of the license, Responsible Foods purchased a 10 kilowatt commercial Radiant Energy Vacuum machine to initiate production of dried snacks and ingredients using premium Icelandic raw materials.

The license grants Responsible Foods the exclusive right to process a variety of unique and healthy food products including dairy products, seafood, meat, microalgae and seaweed, and a variety of herbs, berries and mushrooms native to Iceland.

This license is the first signed by EnWave in Iceland and 36th world-wide, further proving the value proposition of its Radiant Energy Vacuum technology as a tool to create innovative, premium food applications.

EnWave recently signed an exclusive, royalty-bearing commercial license with Helius Therapeutics Ltd., New Zealand's largest licensed medical cannabis company.

The license grants Helius the exclusive right to use EnWave’s proprietary dehydration technology for the drying of cannabis in New Zealand with the ability to sublicense to additional third-party cannabis companies.

Helius has purchased a 10 kilowatt machine and in order to retain its exclusivity under the license as well as sub-licensing rights, Helius must purchase additional machinery with 60 kilowatt or greater rated power by June 2021.

This is the 7th commercial royalty-bearing license for cannabis processing granted by EnWave.

EnWave’s low-temperature process quickly and uniformly dries organic material to the precise moisture needed for combustible or extractable flower, with rapid dehydration from fresh to dry flower in 45 minutes.

EnWave formed a Limited Liability Corporation, NutraDried Food Company, LLC, to develop, manufacture, market and sell all-natural cheese snack products in the United States under the Moon Cheese® brand.

Now a significant part of EnWave’s total business, with extremely strong growth prospects, NutraDried, using two 100 kilowatt machines, manufactures and sells Moon Cheese® to 25,000+ retailers.

The shares are trading at $1.54.
