Sweet Earth Holdings is one of the latest new listings on the Canadian Securities Exchange, trading under the symbol “SE”, following a RTO with Seaway Energy Services.

Sweet Earth, driven by legal cannabis experts with a deep passion in hemp, is not a recent “jump on the CBD bandwagon” platform as it has been a decade in the making.

Sweet Earth, a vertically integrated hemp farming and CBD extraction company, operating from 100
acres in Applegate, Oregon, currently holds an Agricultural Hemp Seed License and an Industrial Hemp Grower license issued by the Oregon Department of Agriculture.

The Applegate Property has an advanced infrastructure and electrical power that is sufficient for agricultural purposes as well as for 6 greenhouses that provide an aggregate of 30,000 square feet of indoor space to handle year-round propagation and plant growth of high yielding genetic hemp strains in an energy efficient manner.

Three of the greenhouses are used for research and development while the other three are used for
production.

Seeds are initially planted in the production greenhouses and after six weeks the plants are transplanted into the field.

By initially being planted in a greenhouse, and then subsequently being moved into the field, the plants are robust in size and loss is minimized during the first month of growing when the plants are most vulnerable.

The company has its own genetics division constantly breeding and developing new strains for specific application and produces its own seeds to ensure a constant consistent supply of quality plants.

Equipment for extraction has been purchased and licenses are being applied to allow Sweet Earth
to extract its own cannabinoids.

In addition to the Applegate Property, Sweet Earth previously obtained a lease for 12.7 hectares, which includes 9 hectares of irrigable land located in Los Barrios, Spain, which the company plans to further develop, by specifically obtaining permits to cultivate hemp on the land.

The company has a line of cosmetic products as well as a line of dog treats.

Sweet Earth currently has 7 cosmetic products including facial cleanser, body oil, body scrubs and hydration products, and was awarded a “BEST CBD PRODUCTS” award at the 2019 Global MJBiz Conference.

It currently has 7 flavours of CBD dog treats which are made with ingredients such as organic spelt flour, apple concentrate, eggs, and flaxseed oil.

The shares are trading at $0.30.
