Level 14 Ventures is one of the latest new listings on the Canadian Securities Exchange, trading under the symbol “LVL”.

The company owns 100% of the Green Mountain Property which is located in the southern interior region of British Columba, approximately 250 kilometers east of Vancouver, and 20 kilometers southwest of Penticton.

The property lies at the eastern end of the historic Hedley mining camp, which hosts past producing gold mines, including the Mascot, Nickel Plate and French mines.

The company paid $28,000 in cash, issued 4,000,000 common shares and granted a 1.5% net smelter returns royalty to the vendor.

Marcel de Groot, President and CEO, stated: "We look forward to continuing our work on the Green Mountain Project and will work to identify, and potentially acquire, additional property interests, assess their potential and engage in further exploration activities. The CSE listing will provide Level 14 with increased access to capital and liquidity and will provide us with the platform we need to scale our business."

The Green Mountain Property consists of 3 contiguous mineral titles totalling 5,594 hectares.

Two British Columbia Minfile occurrences are documented on the Green Mountain Property – the Lookout and Dividend showings.

The Green Mountain Property covers potential gold-silver-copper-moly mineralization and hosts broad areas of alteration with occurrences of precious and base metals-enriched mineralization characteristic of intrusion related systems.

The property is most easily accessed from the community of Penticton, where Green Mountain Road Intersects B.C. Highway 97.

Access to the property is gained by travelling west along Green Mountain Road for approximately 20 kilometers with numerous unpaved logging and recreational roads provide good access to much of the property.

The company went public by way of a non-offering prospectus, raising approximately $61,000 from the placement of approximately 1,215,000 shares priced at $0.05 per share, using the crowdfunding platform of Vested.ca.

This was topped up by another $431,000 from non-brokered private placements priced at $0.05 per unit.

The shares are bid at $0.10 with no shares offered and no trades.
