Nova Lithium Corp (CSE:NVLI) is one of the latest new listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange, trading under the symbol “NVLI”.

On March 12, 2021, the company acquired 100% of 190 mineral claims, generally known as the Deer Musk West project, located in southern Clayton Valley, Nevada, in consideration for the payment of $40,000 to the vendor of the property in the form of 2,000,000 shares at a deemed price of $0.02 per share.

The Deer Musk West claims are located approximately eight miles southwest of Albemarle Corporation’s
Silver Peak Operations, a lithium brine processing evaporation pond/plant complex that has been in operation since 1967.

The property consists of 190 contiguous unpatented placer claims that have an approximate area of 1,550 hectares.

Advanced Geologic conducted a detailed soil sampling survey across the Property in early June to May of
2021 to determine if near surface lithium was due to tectonic controls that may have acted as brine conduits.

All of the samples had measurable lithium, which ranged from 13 to 77 parts per million.

Glenn Collick, CEO, stated: “We are excited to reach this significant milestone. Completing
a direct listing onto the CSE allows us to enter the public markets in an efficient manner that both positions Nova as a promising junior explorer and preserves value for our shareholders. We would like to thank our shareholders for their continued support. Advancing from a privately held company to a publicly-traded company on the CSE represents the next chapter of our growth, and we are excited about the opportunity that our Deer Musk West lithium project presents for the future.”

The company has budgeted approximately $129,000 to complete a work program during the summer of 2022, including a 4-line, 12 kilometre survey to determine if brine sources exist at depth and, in conjunction with existing geological information, provide additional information for siting clay and brine
exploration drilling on the Deer Musk West claims.

The shares, which have yet to trade, are currently bid at $0.085.
