Mosaic Minerals is one of the latest new listings on the Canadian Securities Exchange, trading under the symbol “MOC”, having been spun out from Stellar AfricaGold.

Maurice Giroux, President and CEO, stated: "I am very excited to share this announcement as it represents a significant milestone for the Company and its shareholders. A special thanks to our shareholders for their support and confidence as well as our team and advisors for their efforts."

Mosaic acquired 100% of the Opawica Gold Project in September 2018 from Stellar AfricaGold Inc. for 7,200,000 shares of Mosaic valued at $360,000 plus a 2% NSR, one-half of which may be purchased by Mosaic for $1,000,000.

The Opawica Gold Project is located in Québec approximately 55 kilometres south of the town of Chibougamau.

Quebec’s historical Chibougamau mining district, Nord-du-Québec, is part of the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt and the largest mining production district in Québec.

The Opawica Gold Project consists of three discrete claim blocks: the Philibert-I block covering 224 hectares, the Opawica North block covering 783 hectares and the Opawica South block covering 840 hectares.

In 1983, SOQUEM performed a geological mapping in the Philibert-I area and discovered the Philibert-I showing.

The best value obtained by SOQUEM in the main quartz-vein was to 31.06 grams per tonne gold over 1.2 metres and some values between 2.19 to 3.17 grams per tonne gold in quartz-veinlets.

Five shallow diamond drill holes totaling of 377 metres were drilled with the best result obtained in a single hole which assayed 18.86 grams per tonne gold over 0.6 metres.

In 2016, Stellar AfricaGold carried out a channel sampling program on the Philibert-I showing, including 6 channels for a total of 14.1 metres.

Best results returned 2.58 grams per tonne gold over 1.65 metres and 7.84 grams per tonne gold over 1 metre.

In 2018, Mosaic filed a NI 43-101 Technical Report on Opawica’s 3 blocks of claims, which is available of Sedar.

During the 2018 winter exploration season Mosaic completed line cutting and an IP survey, identifying 11 drill targets.

The company plans to conduct 3000 metre drilling campaign on the project.

The shares are trading at $0.055.
